The community at KEQMS extends beyond current pupils, parents and members of staff to former pupils and parents, former members of staff and friends of the school.
The KEQMS Association, known as the Lidunians, serves the former pupils of Queen Mary School, King Edward V11 School and the co-educational school. In addition to running social and sporting events, it publishes a biannual newsletter and supports the school through projects, which in recent years include the creation of a Lidunian Garden and the funding of an interactive alumni website.
The Parents' and Friends' Association welcomes all those with an interest in the school and runs a very busy programme of social and fundraising activities.
