ICT

Information and Communications Technology is taught from early years onwards. In addition to teaching by ICT subject specialists in the Preparatory School and Senior School, ICT is used as a vehicle for learning in every subject. KEQMS students are  computer literate and leave school with the ICT skills required for higher education and the professions.

There is a campus wide network and plentiful computer clusters throughout the school. Interactive whiteboards are used extensivley in the Infants, Juniors and in key areas of the Senior School, where every teacher has a laptop and there are data projectors in practically every classroom. An open wireless network gives access to the internet.

Our website has a huge amount of educational content; in addition to curriculum oulines with integrated weblinks for every subject, students can access the password secured extranet for lesson plans, past papers and specimen answers, powerpoint presentations, worksheets and other resources. Please go the menu on the left for information on ICT curriculum plans.
