Update - Congratulations to all those who took part - over £200 has been raised for the charity.

Children in the nursery took part in the Chatterbox Challenge today while dressed up as their favourite fairly tale characters as part of the book week celebrations. Miss Reynolds, Teddys Nursery's Manager said all the children enjoyed the morning as it involved two of their favourite activities singing and dancing! The staff also got into the spirit of the day by dressing up as well.

Staff and children hope to raise over £150 for the national charity.

I CAN's Chatterbox Challenge is an annual fundraising activity for nurseries, children's groups and childminders. Children aged 0-5 have fantastic fun and develop their communication skills by singing songs and rhymes to raise money for children who struggle with their speech and language.

Last year over 250,000 children had fun learning and performing nursery rhymes and songs and raised almost £100,000 for children with communication difficulties as well as smashing the Guinness World Record for the most amount of children singing Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes in multiple locations.
