Ethos

KEQMS is large enough to offer a broad academic curriculum and a wide range of extra-curricular activities. At the same time, it is small enough for us to know the individual boy and girl. No-one is lost in the crowd. Our aims are to praise, be supportive and to understand each individual boy and girl, whilst insisting that all set themselves the highest standards in work, in personal appearance and organisation and in courtesy and concern for others. Particular attention is paid to the quality of personal relationships where each pupil is valued for his or her individual contribution whilst learning to consider the rights and needs of others and to place the school community first.
